Altergy CEO to Speak at Goldman Sachs Conference

FOLSOM, California—April 26, 2006—Altergy Systems CEO and President Eric Mettler will participate at an upcoming Goldman Sachs conference, “Alternative Energy Conference: Bio-fuels, Clean Coal, Fuel Cells, Solar, Wind,” on May 2, 2006 in New York City. Mr. Mettler is one of three speakers to be featured in a 90-minute panel entitled “Fuel Cells: When will price points be low enough for mass adoption?”

The one-day conference will feature introductory remarks by Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO Hank Paulson and a keynote address by the President of the United Nations Foundation, Timothy E. Wirth.
